It is well known that based on four key behavioural styles, the number one challenge for people is the ability to adapt to the person they are talking to….. treating them the way THEY want to be treated!
Whether it is with a colleague, boss, customer, supplier…. The ability to not only recognize your own behavioural style but to also quickly recognize other people’s, and instantly have the skills to adapt accordingly, will bring significant impact and success in many, many instances every week.
For business people this is crucial and research has shown that, using this effectively, can increase success by 10-20%!!!
Colin Lovering from Premier Global in Bucharest, who has been teaching the art of business adaptability in the USA, Asia, Africa and Europe, will give a flavour of what can be achieved using this unique skill.
BRCC Deputy Chairman Mr. Raymond Breden will be the moderator of the event.
