Cook Communications provides corporate and financial communications consultancy and the full range of Public Relations and media relations services. Founded in 2003, Cook Communications has offices in Prague, Budapest and Sofia as well as Bucharest, and has established a proven track record in providing communications services to companies and investors engaged in capital market transactions, M&A, privatisation and public procurement processes across Central Europe. Cook Communications works with clients in the aerospace and defence sectors, private equity, mining, energy and transport, real estate, and consumer goods.
In Romania, Cook Communications represents Alenia Aeronautica and its C27-J military transport programme, Gripen International, Rolls-Royce Group plc, and Selex Galileo, and has also worked with AAA Auto. Romania country manager Alexandru Alexe was with the Associated Press for seven years, and Roxana Dascalu, formerly with Reuters, is the senior media consultant. Both Alex and Roxana are multi-lingual, and both fully understand the Romanian media environment and how best to position clients.
