Centerra Capital Partners Limited (CCPL) is the holding of a Romanian firm, Centerra Management Srl, which manages real estate and private equity assets primarily in Romania and generally in the CEE region. The firm was founded in 2006 by two Romanian private equity professionals with extensive investment experience and successful track records in Western European buyout and venture capital transactions. The investments managed by Centerra come from several high-profile institutional and reputable high net worth investors. Centerra manages the investments, focusing on implementing the value creation strategy agreed upon with all investors, as well as the exit, usually expected over a period of 3-5 years.
