Eureko, one of the biggest insurance and pension groups from Holland, invests in Romania for over 13 years under the Interamerican name. In february 2009, Interamerican became Eureko Romania, as a result of the group’s global strategy of consolidation on the local market and also as an engagement to remain next to the romanian clients.
Through sustained investments, Eureko Romania will concentrate mainly on the consolidation and extention of the main key segments, meaning pensions, health insurance( including Euroclinic Hospital and Medical Centers) and life insurance.

Pensions – as a result of the success registered on the mandatory private pensions market (second pillar) in 2008 the group announced it’s entry on the voluntary pension market (third pillar) through the launch of a medium risk profile pension fund – Eureko Confort, a product for which the company received at the beginning of 2009 the „Product of the year” award from the Primm Magazine. Eureko Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private is a solid company with an international expertise in the private pension domain, with a solid financial background insured by the Pan European Financial group Eureko.
Health insurance – This year, Eureko will continue the investments in the development and extensions of the medical services, both in respect of the Euroclinic private hospital, and also through the opening of new clinics in Bucharest. The prevention, quality, access and control are the main pillars of the Eureko health system.
Life insurances – In 2009, the company will continue to develop new products. Among them there is the new Unit Linked type product FlexInvest, launched at the beginning of the year, which gives the clients the possibility to invest in a fund with annual guaranteed interest of 12% for 2009. The new product will answer to the needs of cater investors through the guarantees offered.

With a national network of 39 agencies with over 1.000 agents, Eureko Romania offers to its client’s traditional life and unit linked insurance, together with private health insurance and private pensions. Eureko offers the most complex health system, through the Euroclinic hospital and the 200 suppliers of medical services from the Health Network.
