FinExpert Consulting, a company with 100% Romanian private capital, was founded in 2003 and focuses its activity on a wide range of professional services including accounting, payroll, tax consultancy, audit and more, which focuses solely on client needs.
Throughout the period from its set up and up to now, our mission was based on providing a range of quality services to our clients, in compliance with the highest professional standards. We do that by pooling our skilled resources in order for our client business to succeed: outstanding professionals, know‐how, software, and most importantly, knowledge of local business environment.
Company’s founder, Manuela Furdui, is a graduate of the Faculty of Finances and Accountancy within the Academy of Economic Studies – ASE from Bucharest, as well as a Romanian Expert Accountant, Financial Auditor and Fiscal Consultant.
In 1999 she graduated the courses of the International Business School (Great Britain) and was granted a diploma in Financing International Business while during the period 1998 – 2000 she attended and graduated the program for „Executive MBA” at the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in collaboration with the University from Bristol.
Her professional experience of over 17 years in the financial and accounting field includes 7 years in the position of Manager of the Accounting and payroll Department of one of the Big 4 of international companies operating in the consultancy and audit
field.
The FinExpert Consulting has a team of well trained and talented professionals, chartered accountant, (Romanian equivalent of CPA), fiscal consultants and financial auditors. Our consultants are ready to share the knowledge and experience they have gained as consultants, having as clients many national international companies acting in a wide range of industries.
FinExpert Consulting is a member of the Romanian Association of Chartered Accountants (CECCAR.), of the Romanian Chamber of Auditors and of the Chamber of Tax Consultants.
