K.M.Trust & Partners, founded in 2005, is an executive search consulting firm specializing in management recruitment for senior level executives and strategic value positions.

K.M.Trust & Partners Bucharest office also represents IIC Partners, one of the world's 10 largest executive search organizations with a presence in 37 countries with 53 offices, including Paris, Milan, Rome, London, Stockholm, Oslo, Helsinki, Madrid, Lisbon, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Vienna. IIC partners experienced teams located in European countries have achieved a clear leadership in executive search in this region.

As a result of client advice and continuous demand, in 2009 K.M.Trust & Partners established a new mid & senior management recruitment firm called Key 2 Success (K2S) in order to address this important managerial recruitment segment.

Since 2009, K.M.Trust & Partners is also a member of AESC, the professional body representing retained executive search consulting firms around the world. The AESC represents the highest standards in executive search and thus only the most professional firms are admitted into membership.

Radu Manolescu

Starting with January 2006 is the founder and Managing Partner of K.M.Trust & Partners.
Radu is working in executive search and recruitment since 2000 and has a previous 4 years experience in pesticides, shipping and copiers. From early 2002 he has been focused exclusively on Executive Search covering Romania (as Managing Consultant Romania for an Austrian Executive Search firm with regional operations) and Hungary , Czech  Rep. , Bulgaria , Poland , Slovakia (as Regional Consultant CEE), etc while recruiting & coaching senior and top management executives for blue chip international companies.
In 2010 became member of the European Council of AESC.

Andrew Cameron

My role  as a partner in K.M.Trust & Partners is to have  responsibility for Senior Management and Board Level searches throughout the business community in Romania, and also for ongoing and in the UK.
