Bulboacă & Asociaţii has been awarded with the prize for performance in law practice in the banking and finance sector during the “Top Bankers” Gala, event organized by the media trust FinMedia on July 20 2010.

  • advising OTP Hungary in connection with the disposal of its insurance arm to France's Groupama, transaction worth of US$897.2 million;
  • advising Dole Europe SAS in connection with the take-over of the largest Romanian fresh fruits distributor;
  • advising Kraft Foods Romania in connection with the factory unit close-down and project related to transfer of undertaking;
  • advising Wipro Technologies in connection with the transfer of undertaking in Romania as part of a multijurisdictional transfer from Alcatel Lucent;
  • advising Proton Tehnologies in connection with the sale of its majority participation to Vodafone Romania S.A..
