Euroglobal SEE Audit Limited hosted the BKR International Middle East Regional Meeting in Limassol, Cyprus from January 16th to January 19th, 2009.
The meeting gathered BKR Member firms from countries of the Middle East including Israel, Saudi Arabia, and Lebanon as well as firms from South East Europe including Bulgaria, Serbia, Romania, Greece, and FYR Macedonia.
The technical agenda consisted of a presentation from the Bank of Cyprus on their assessment of the financial crisis and its effect on the Banking Sector, Accounting and Auditing Software Applications as well as presentations on audit risk and general tax overview of participating countries.
Mr. Christodoulos Damianou, the Chairman of Euroglobal and Former Chairman of BKR International Europe Middle East and Africa Region, congratulated the associate partners of the company, Angelo Theodorou and Iulia Lascau for their commitment and support in developing the business. “We are delighted to have these individuals as partners/shareholders in our Group. Both have shown a great deal of professionalism, commitment, and ambition to their work, and I am sure they will continue to provide value added services to our clients,” says Mr. Damianou.
The first day ended with a cocktail reception offered by Euroglobal SEE Audit Limited, which was the beginning of this year’s celebration activities organized by the Group to celebrate our 30 year anniversary with friends and associates for their support all these years.
